Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Veltrix Ultima, we are committed to delivering elite utility management and optimization services. Because our services involve immediate digital processing and third-party financial settlements, we maintain a structured refund policy to ensure the integrity of our management network.

1. Digital Service Nature

By purchasing a Veltrix management tier (Advantage, Premium, Elite, Ultima Signature, Executive, Sovereign, or Prestige Infinite), you acknowledge that the service begins immediately upon payment confirmation.

  • Non-Refundable Status: Once a service has moved into the “Processing” or “Initiated” stage with a third-party utility provider, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

Refund requests are only considered under the following specific conditions:

  • Non-Initiated Services: If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase AND the service has not yet been initiated by our management team.

  • Qualification Failure: If a user pays for a tier but fails our mandatory qualification process, a full refund will be issued, minus a $5 processing fee to cover administrative and gateway costs.

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a request, you must follow the formal executive protocol:

4. Management Review Fee

5. Processing Timelines

Once a refund is approved by our financial department:

  • The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

6. Order Cancellations

Veltrix Ultima reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at our sole discretion if:

  • The user provides inaccurate or fraudulent utility account details.

  • The user has not completed the mandatory qualification steps.

  • The service tier selected does not match the utility requirements provided.
